Life has been veryyyyyyy busy for me recently. Many task on my table and I have to cope with many things. As at the moment I am doing loans and investment, I have various type of works loaded on my table! And sometimes I even get confuse and what not, I even have gotten the wrong person for the wrong product to key in. So now, I have to keep my time specially to double check on the submission and the owner. Wrong name, wrong product, it means I will be dead meat! :P
Well today, I am going to write about home financing. For 1st time buyer, who is looking for a new home to buy, yes, it is a good time to buy as our BLR has gone down to 5.55 compared to 6.75 last year. And after deduction of the rate, my bank offering rate of 3.7% p.a to customer. Few years back, many people suffered of paying about 7-10% interest p.a. So what are you waiting for? Find a home and finance it.
What if you do not have sufficient fund for financing? You still have solutions! And I am going to tell you a secret. If you having difficulties in sparing 10% of your money or lets assume you do not have money for the down payment,I would normally get the best price for you so that you could run from paying the 10% down payment of the property's price. Just whisper to me. I would try my best to keep you easy.
For you who already own a house, what are waiting for? Refinance your home to get lower rate AND get extra money for renovation or if you in need of cash, yes, refinancing is the solution.
And for you who does not have any properties, buy property. Why? Later when you are in need of money, you can always refinance you property base on the market value and get the extra money for your usage! Simple! If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask, I will guide!
P/S: See, I told you that I am superbly busy. Sorry for not being able to drop by your blogs peeps! Tomorrow I am going back to hometown for kenduri and wont be reachable. To all of you, have a nice weekend with hubby n family!
